Inexperienced staff.. I highly value medical professionals , being from Seville I expected Indian hospitals to be good. Turned out this one, I went to get my semen tested while we were living in Delhi my girlfriend & I were trying to conceive. They ended up loosing my semen sample & didn't inform me about this until I escalated as we had waited more than 1 week for results. It's been 5 years I'm back to my country in Spain but haven't heard from them. It's a joke

The experience at the Indira IVF Lajpat Nagar branch has been extremely disappointing. It appeared that the staff lacked proper information and did not treat patients with the seriousness they deserve. Adequate counselling was not provided at any stage of the treatment.
