I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding our recent experience with your hospital. We tried calling the hospital nearly 40 times to book an appointment for our 6-month-old baby in an emergency situation. Unfortunately, no one answered our calls. When we finally managed to contact the staff, they did not understand the urgency of our situation and simply told us to call tomorrow at 8:00 AM when the schedule opens. This response
