My first experience with Ravina hospital was good. My Doctor Dr.Nithya deeply analyze my previous history before prescribe the medicine. She is kind enough and patient friendly. Her helpdesk staff were very friendly and supportive. Based on Dr. Nithya 's advice her helpdesk staff guided me properly for the follow up procedures. I stayed in the hospital for five days for knee replacement surgery. My stay was very comfortable and sweet. The nursing staff are very courteous and helpful. The responded immediately for all my calls. Very soft spoken.. I wish them all success in their professional career. The housekeeping staff are also meticulous in their work. To anybody's who's planning on visiting this hospital, PLEASE DON'T! I have booked a Master health check up for 4 of my family members and firstly, there is no proper response on the phone, neither do they share the details and price. After running several test, we were sent to the second floor for Abdomen screening. We have no idea that the second floor of the hospital doesn't entirely belong to this medical centre and we were insulted by a rude doctor

I came here for treatment nd The General ward's ladies toilet is very worst condition, there is no seperate bathroom, inadequate facilities in toilet (no tap, no hand wash, no hand shower, bucket and mug was not cleaned). Bed sheet not provided
