I do not jump to write negative reviews of hospitals atleast (as I belong to the same profession). However, the last 72 hours at the Apollo hospitals, Vanagaram, Chennai has forced me to do so. This isn't my first visit here. Smaller issues in previous visits are insignificant considering the challenges in operations of a hospital. However this present experience has made me wonder if any compassion or professionalism is left!! From casual response in the ER ( on

Treat every patient like they are family we came here to get treatment for my mother, and she was taking treatment for heart, and she had a 3 blocks after treatment. She was completely fit enough to do her previous activities. thanks Doctor Harikrishnan Parthasarathy team.

Worst experience, Worst staff, it will take 6 to 8 hours to meet the doctor even though we have an appointment.. No seriousness… no proper accommodation for patients… no accountability… frustrating experience…Main Motto is to squeeze money from everyone in all the ways… will ask for many unnecessary tests for a small issue also… Be careful with these Apollo people… You will end up with a bill in lakhs😰
