Very disappointing experience at Hera Hospital. I had a confirmed appointment at 12:30 PM for my wife’s pregnancy check-up and arrived early at 11:45 AM. Reports were taken on time, but even after waiting until 1:20 PM, we were not able to meet the doctor. Meanwhile, a walk-in patient who arrived later was allowed to consult before us. I was incredibly impressed with the level of service and professionalismin Hera Hospital. Dr .Ruksana is highly knowledgeable and takes time for a each and every patient.The staffs are dedicated and approachable at any time. This Hosital is accessible and affordable to all.

One of the best doctor in the city. Even my wife gave her up and requested for C section as she can't bear the delivery pain but Dr Rukhsana madam never let her to be in the C section. She gave my wife hope and alhamdulillah she did normal delivery to my wife... These days all other doctors and hospitals pushing their patients to the C Section but this doctor looking for maximum possibilities for normal delivery Thanks to the doctor and the nurses.
