One of the worst hospital experiences ever… absolutely zero communication, inexperienced staff, zero professionalism. Waited for 4 hours outside the ICU after clearing all the bills to discharge my mother.. every time they kept saying 10mins but nobody even bothered to come out and explain the scenario… finally it was an IT glitch on the reports which delayed the process… I had to go down and complain at the front office for someone to react and come out and even ta
