I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with Deepam MedFirst Hospital. The receptionist who attended the call was not courteous and lacked basic communication etiquette while speaking with patients. The tone of the conversation was unprofessional and disappointing. I kindly request the management to provide proper customer service training to ensure patients are treated respectfully and professionally.

I had gone for stone issue in kidney and the treatment is treamandous. Awesome care taken by Urologist Dr Natarajan Sir and the staff.
