It was very very present experience in getting treatment in Bewell hospital @ Kilpauk. Chennai. - All the nurses and duty doctors are well trained, very kind towards patient and took care very well. - Rooms are very good, like a 3 star hotel room. - House keeping are very good. Every day they cleaned 2 times in a day. There is no hospital kind of smell there. - House keeping staff came and clean the bed side patient immediately when ever we called. It was very onvine

I brought my mother to this hospital for a TT injection. The reception staff kept calling someone (I believe a nurse) and they repeatedly asked what injection it was, why it was needed, and which doctor we had consulted—all over the phone to reception staff. I waited for almost 20 minutes. The reception staff called twice, but still no nurse came. Even while I am typing this message, I am standing in front of the hospital and still no one came. I had a very good experience at Be Well Hospital. The nursing staff were especially kind, attentive, and professional. Their care and dedication made me feel comfortable and well looked after throughout my visit. I truly appreciate their excellent service. Highly recommended.
