I experienced a significant and frustrating delay at [R & R hospital]. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited for over hours before being attended to. My attempts to inquire about the delay with the front desk staff were met with dismissiveness and a lack of assistance. Visited this hospital as a staff from my gym had a small cut in his hand. They billed 750 Rs for the TT injection and dressing. I gave first aid and dressing for him that was way better. Even a 10 year old will do a better dressing for a wound.

Worst experience. Have to wait for 4 hours for scanning and to visit doctor. There won't be any particular appointment. Please value the time of each patient. It's been really frustrated waiting time in the hospital was more than 4 hours. Really hard to manage with the 2 year old kid. No feedback concerns for patients. No proper response from front office. Simply making patience to wait from 9am to 1pm. Poor appointment process no proper order or queue process. Feeling

One of the worst i ever went so far ... The hospital management want to live peacefully and other common people want to die that is there quote i think... No response and respect for any common people there... Environment was bad... Rooms where very bad ... Want to wait very long for appointment... And to say atlast im also a doctor.
