My mom got leg bone fracture and she was not welling to undergo surgery, we went to punya hospital at basaweswaranagar. Doctors (Nagaraju B puttaswamy, Ravindra Alur and Samastha) were so understanding and co-operative and convinced my mom for surgery and surgery was done on 3rd of June 2026 and was successful. I had a very disappointing experience at Punya Hospital. While I must acknowledge that Dr. Punya and Dr. Nagraj are exceptionally skilled and professional, the overall hospital services are far below standard. The staff handling and facilities are extremely poor and need a complete makeover.
