I had a very good experience at KIMS Hospital, Mahadevpura when my brother was admitted there. The doctors are highly proficient and handled his treatment with great care and confidence. It made a difficult time much easier for our family. The CCU was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Please train your staff on billing experience, due to wrong billing they made us wait for doing USG scan , We waited one hour until the billing person went to ground floor correct it and resubmit, USG didn't agree to go for testing until they get new invoice form .Doctor has asked to come in the morning for urine sample , Staff informed it's 24 hours facility so we arrived next day morning at 6:30am no one is their in sample collection room or desk it took us

We visited Dr. Srinivasa C.L. Murthy at KIMS, Mahadevapura for our 1-year-old baby’s check-up. The entire facility is very clean, well maintained, and the staff is extremely approachable and cooperative. Our baby’s vaccination was done with proper care and attention. Dr. Srinivasa is very responsive and patiently gives you enough time to ask all your questions. We felt very comfortable and confident with his approach. Overall, a highly satisfying experience.
