This one star is purely for the amazing nursing care and doctor’s expertise in the hospital. My husband was admitted to this hospital for a planned major open surgery on the 19th of September. It's important to note that this experience was despite selecting their most premium room and explicitly telling them that cost isn't a factor for the entire procedure since it was a long hospital stay. From the very start the hospital experience was absolutely pathetic. D

Extremely disappointing experience with Manipal’s follow-up process. I had an in-person consultation and needed a follow-up to discuss my lab results. I was told that an in-person follow-up would be free, but when I requested the same follow-up as a video call, I was told I would have to pay. This makes absolutely no sense from a patient-care perspective. If the doctor is reviewing the same case and the same lab results within the follow-up window, why should the

I had a fantastic experience at Manipal Jaynagar's Dental department! The team went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. We opted for Home Care services from Manipal Hospital Jayanagar, and the experience has been excellent. Dinesh Kumar M and Surendar V helped us get the required medicines on time with utmost professionalism and friendly care. Each antibiotic dose had to be administered at strict 12-hour intervals, and both of them were always punctual. They patiently stayed until every IV dose was completed. My mom (92) was admitted recently and the doctors were very professional. She got well and took some effort to get her discharged. The follow up visit was excellent.
