Excellent care, just needs better connectivity I had a wonderful experience with this hospital. Everything was perfect—the way they care for and treat their patients is exceptional. The nursing staff is incredibly polite and wonderful with everyone. The only issue we faced was the mobile signal. We were in Basement 3, where the network coverage is very poor. I think the hospital could definitely improve their Wi-Fi service to help patients and families stay connect

I wish I haven't stepped foot in this hospital, for I would have never encountered this feeling of being unwanted, abandoned and an annoyance for healthcare workers🥺. I went to the casualty to consult a doctor asap to get medicine. However, the nurses there were so unkind. 🤧There were no other patients other than me. However, they were hesitant to call the doctor as they were having tea at 8:30 in the morning and chatting.🤒 They told me to go home and come back later

I have been in and out of this hospital and had been fully satisfied regarding their services until now. Tonight i went in emergency due to chest pain and the doctor who attend me has to be called out by the nurse each and every time so my mom point out that matter to them meanwhile, a man wearing a nurse uniform claiming himself as a doctor replied my mom with a very annoying attitude and raise his voice, although i am patient there but couldn’t tolerate his b

A - Medical treatment is normal like other hospital. Well equipage with Lab. B - Bad administration service ever. After paying bills, you need to wait for 2-3 hrs file movement for discharge. This file movement period have effect in admission of new patients also. To admit patients, is need to patience.
