Miro Fertility was created because fertility treatment — especially IVF — is one of the most intense, data-heavy, and emotionally exhausting experiences a person can go through. And yet the tools available were either too generic, too clinical, or too disconnected from the real experience.
Our mission
IVF is a journey of hope, uncertainty, and extraordinary resilience. The numbers matter — AFC counts, follicle sizes, embryo grades, beta hCG — but so does everything else: the anxiety before a scan, the grief after a failed cycle, the cautious hope of a transfer day.
Miro holds all of it. Not just the clinical data, but the whole human experience of going through fertility treatment. Our goal is simple: no one on this journey should feel alone or lost.
Built for the journey, not the diagnosis
Most health apps treat fertility as a medical problem to solve. We treat it as a life experience to support — with all its complexity.
Privacy as a founding principle
Reproductive health data is among the most personal information that exists. We built privacy in from day one — not as a feature, but as a constraint.
Community over algorithm
The most powerful support during IVF often comes from other people living it. Our community is anonymous, safe, and free from toxic positivity.
What we're building
Not just a tracker. Not just an app. A complete companion from first consultation to postpartum — and everything in between.
Day-by-day guidance through every phase of IVF — baseline, stimulation, retrieval, embryo development, transfer, and the two-week wait.
Your complete fertility health record — labs, scans, medications, cycles — in one shareable document you own and control forever.
For fertility clinics: a patient-facing layer that connects care teams with patients while keeping each person's personal data fully private.
Founder
I've spent the last decade building healthtech products. One problem kept showing up — patients are asked to make life-changing decisions without the information they need to make them. Nowhere is this worse than in fertility.
Couples spend lakhs on IVF without ever being told what's actually happening, what to expect next, or what to do when a cycle doesn't work. Clinics measure cycles. Patients live entire seasons of their lives between two appointments — refreshing inboxes for results, decoding scan reports alone, and trying to hold hope and grief in the same hand.
Miro is the layer in between. A Fertility AI Companion that explains every phase of treatment in plain language, keeps all your reports — AMH, follicle counts, embryo grades, beta hCGs — in one portable fertility passport, and lets you message your clinic directly so you walk into every appointment prepared.
An operating system for the most personal decisions of a lifetime.
Before Miro
A decade of product work across consumer and healthtech, including time at Practo and J.P. Morgan. Advisor to early-stage founders chasing product-market fit.
Same pattern every time — a wide, expensive gap between what the system measures and what people actually need to decide. Fertility had been waiting on someone to close it. Miro is my answer.
